Experience & Activities

Adella, an Electrical Engineer with over seven years of experience in contract management, monitoring and supervision of distribution power line construction projects is a member of the KK Advisors team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University Kampala, as well as a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Systems from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Through her work and study, she has acquired vast knowledge, technical skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. She is also proficient at research and innovative thinking.

Most recently, Adella worked as a Project Engineering Officer at the Rural Electrification Agency Uganda where she managed six projects among which include the Construction of rural electrification projects in Six districts of Uganda, funded by Kuwait Fund, Construction of rural electrification projects in Uganda, funded by Abu Dhabi Fund and Construction of medium and low voltage distribution networks for an off-grid project in Lolwe Island on lake Victoria in Uganda.

Adella is skilled in avenues of project management including project planning and design, project development, cost management, quality management, scope management, stakeholder management, procurement management, and communication. She possesses technical skills in distribution network commissioning, load flow analysis, network modelling, and technical report writing.
