Experience & Activities

Brillian is a Lawyer and Tax Consultant that handles a multitude of issues with great experience in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Legal Research, Tax Advisory, Land Transactions, Human Rights Advisory and Family Law Transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University (Mukono), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation. She is currently awaiting the award of her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre.

Brillian is a self-motivated individual with the ability to exercise effective communication, excellent legal writing, Leadership as well as Negotiation & Mediation. She has a keen eye for detail, a desire for maximum levels of accuracy and is a result-oriented person that values integrity. Throughout her career, she has worked with both Private and Government entities while handling various clients’ issues that have given her exposure in the fields of banking, finance, energy, employment and tax, which areas she has developed expertise in. She has advised private power project developers both Ugandan and International on proposed hydropower projects in Eastern Uganda.
